Our Products
Aircraft Parts
Materials for airplane exteriors are shifting from traditional duralumin to CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic), which has a higher specific strength and is light weight. We considered the needs of our clients, and from very early on, we acquired a world-leading large-scale electroforming bath to manufacture large-scale/high-precision FRP molds. Our large-scale machining center has begun to manufacture parts fabricated from invar, titanium, nickel, aluminum, steel, and synthetic plastics (GFRP, CFRP). Products prepared by our high-precision/high-quality mold are results of our technology and expertise that we have been accumulating through many years up to now. These products are used by American Boeing Company and European Airbus as new aircraft body’s structural materials for the vertical/horizontal wing stabilizer.

Electroforming specifications
This is suited for mold products with focus on superior texture, design, and touch because of its excellent capability to copy complex patterns such as leather texture patterns.
Specifications of etching and wrap-around-leather
It is primarily used for wrap-around-leather steering wheels. Sometimes, a leather texture pattern is added on after etching. There is no special electroforming processing necessary for electroforming mold.

Equipment and switchers
We manufacture molds for various resins. At the same time, we have spent many years in in-house design and production of tool carriers, including polyurethane molds that we also offer to our customers. Our system consistently allows us to propose, design, build, install, control, implement, and provide maintenance. We pursue high productivity and efficiency based on the design plan tailored to the customers’ needs to produce tool carriers with a high level of safety that complies with customer standards. We also endeavor to reduce molding cycles by accelerating the opening/closing speed, offer electrification by introducing hydraulic-less systems, and produce changeover machines for changing molds.
